So let’s take a look at where you are right now because that’s the starting point that you need before you can determine where you want to go. Getting clarity on what your freedom really is for you requires meditation and time, as it’s sometimes quite obscured by the business of life and some of the things going on. There are so many opinions of what you should or shouldn’t be doing. Remember opinions are based on other people’s attitudes; their mindsets and these are a result of their experiences.
Then in the coming days, we’re going to look at some of the things holding you back; whether that might be self-doubt, it might be self-worth, it might be overwhelm, it looks too hard and then look at some of the factors that can get you over those sorts of dramas. We’ll look at some of the ways to do that and some of the resources that you can quite easily access to begin the process. Then we’ll move on to the cost that it’s going to take to attain your freedom. Then, because if you look at the cost what it’s going to take then you’re actually going to be looking at probably the perception that you currently have of the costing greater than the reward. And at the end of the day human beings don’t do anything unless the reward is obvious enough and perceived great enough.
Then we’ll begin the process of looking at how to access your brain and your mind. You’ve got this incredible resource, unbelievable resource that we have never been taught exactly what’s going on and how you can take this incredible resource and begin your journey to freedom.
Then we’ll look at beliefs and the part beliefs and overcoming beliefs applies in the whole journey of finding your freedom. We’ll go through how they can be quite easily changed if we actually understand the role they are playing in the background. And from there, we set up a process by which we can attain some mental control and attain these goals, these dreams and attain your freedom.
