Okay as we begin a new decade what are YOUR aspirations, what are your hopes, what are your fears? Sometimes we are afraid that we won’t accomplish our goals, so afraid in fact that we don’t start.
I know for me I wonder if I’ll have the energy to see the project through to the end and if not then why start. has that ever been through your mind. Mindset is a powerful ally and powerful adversary.
Part of the weapon against that sort of thinking is learning to recognise that you are OKAY just the way you are. No amount of achievement will make you better and no amount of non achievement will make you worse. Learn to be at PEACE, at EASE with the life in you and around you.
May your Aspirations lead down a path to who you really are and the REALISATION that you are OKAY.
