Mindset therapy

Why Therapy, therapy is a word that is thrown around a lot as soon as someone can’t seem to cope with the challenges they find in their life. So what sort of therapy are we talking about?

Couples Therapy, Massage Therapy, Pet Therapy, Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Sound Therapy, Music Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy. Occupation Therapy………The List goes on and on. So why do some people have great results from Therapy and is one of these better than the rest? The Dictionary defines therapy AS – “treatment intended to relieve or heal a disorder” as well as the treatment of mental or psychological disorders by psychological means e.g “he is currently in therapy

A way to look at what Therapy is, is to consider what therapy causes an individual to do.

No.1It is a way of acknowledging that there is something in my life I want to improve on. You don’t have to be really sick. Health is about ease, being relaxed with life

No.2 It causes the individual to slow down, take a deep breathe and recognise that there is a problem in their life. If they access the slower Alpha brain rhythms then 2 things can happen. Their mind is finally getting asked the question ” what’s up in this area of my life” and if the question ” what’s the solution?” is also asked at this level then Breakthroughs can be accomplished.

The reason all the different therapies work is because we are all different and the question is what do you relate you most. The best Therapy is you learning to meditate, to still your mind, to find peace. If you need a trigger that’s fine. And it would be best for you to learn to do that anywhere, anytime no matter the circumstances.

Therapy of this type maybe a challenge at the start. In the End, it is how you WIN YOUR FREEDOM. That’s why this is the title of my next book
