Belief limitations? how to remove them  (from my new book)

What are your Limiting Beliefs. It’s not easy to identify them all. Your ally is a sharp awareness that comes from mindfulness aka meditation.

In one leap, it would be difficult to reveal all your restricting convictions, and indeed it would be emotionally exhausting to do so. The only way forward is with gradual measures. By reading this book, you have already taken one Giant step.

The principle that most benefits your life is to start with what you know, and then work on it. As I mentioned, you will find that when you work on one belief, you’ll reveal other beliefs by doing so. See this as a very positive and refreshing process that helps you to accomplish greater things in your life and to be happy with the life you live.

There are plenty of tools to assist you besides uncovering restrictive patterns. There are books, exercises, and programs that work to aid you in this process. Often these are basic strategies that have been shown to support people in this process. Select one that resonates with you.

When you start working on your limiting Patterns, you’ll find that you’re becoming more aware of how you think and react in certain circumstances and to others. When you recognise these restricting principles and say ‘hey, that’s no longer true for me I’m going to change it,’ at a subconscious level, you’re starting to accept that how you would usually respond in a situation isn’t the right way for you, When you start changing your principles you’ll find that you’re starting to react differently. Ultimately altering your views affects your perceptions. Your perceptions reflect directly on your attitudes and actions, resulting in you being at the driving seat of your own life and steering it in the direction you wish to go.
